Q. Are you Estate
Agents?
No. Antony Brassey Consultancy works for the
buyer only. Our objective is to find the right property first and to then
secure it for the buyer at the lowest possible price. Estate agents only
work for the seller for whom they are trying to achieve the highest
possible price.
Q. Do you have any conflicts of
interest?
No. We only act for buyers as we are totally
independent. Many other buying services are owned by estate agents or by
banks or other third parties who have a vested interest in using their own
parent company’s resources.
Q. What happens if I am looking for the same
thing as another of your clients?
This happens extremely
rarely as no two briefs are the same and each case is inevitably at a
different stage of progression. We provide an exclusive and intimate
service for a limited number of clients at any one time. There is a
constant flow of properties through the market so although occasionally
there is some cross-over there is very rarely any conflict.
Q. Do you only act for those looking at the
top end of the market?
Not at all. We pride ourselves in
assisting and offering the same level of service whatever the budget. We
help first-time buyers through to experienced buyers looking for the
perfect family house in the £2 million plus bracket.
Q. What other contacts do you
have?
We are in touch with experienced conveyancing
solicitors, building surveyors, architects, interior decorators and garden
designers, many of whom we have worked with and have a proven track
record.
We are not associated with any financial services but we
are aware of the key operators who specialise in providing loans/mortgages
for the purchase of residential property.
Q. Do you have information about
schools?
We have first-hand experience and close contact
with a number of schools in the area and we can supply further information
to clients.
Q. Do you just
find houses for clients?
No. We are able to deal with the
purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates and have professional
independent expertise available in this respect. |
