We are a completely independent business aiming to bring added value for clients by finding the most suitable houses and securing a purchase on the best possible terms. The principle aim being to avoid time wasting and unnecessary hassle for busy people and to ensure that no opportunities are missed in a competitive market place.

We act for a limited number of clients at any one time each with differing requirements from cottages, country houses, farms and estates. We therefore take particular trouble to ensure that there is no conflict of interest between clients particularly in a market where demand exceeds supply.

We are not estate agents or owned by estate agents. We act solely and exclusively in the interests of buyers.

Based in South Gloucestershire between Cirencester and Tetbury, Antony Brassey Consultancy is ideally placed to cover the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and the adjoining counties of Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Berkshire.

Principally the area covered includes east/west from Hungerford to Bath and north/south from Stow-on-the-Wold to Salisbury.
